The Walczak Cake Shop Factory has been on the polish market for 50 years.
It is a family and multigenerational company.
It was founded in 1955 by the senior member of the family Wladyslaw Walczak
who was an active participant in company operations. He instilled into
his sons, the roots of family tradition and his passion for baking.
Wladyslaw Walczak reached a high standard of education in the baking trade, based on traditions he took from his polish family home ( his father owned a mill and before the war he ran a bakery). Right after the war he improved his baking trade with the best pre-war masters of baking, which allowed him create his own shop and many of his own recipes.
The confectioneries offered by our company are based on the best examples of polish confectionery. They are made of natural ingredients and based on traditional recipes and technology. This guarantees an unusual baking flavour and produces highest European Quality products.
An unusual honour for our company was winning the second place in 2003 in the plebiscite of Gazeta Wyborcza for the most favourite haunt in Warsaw, for the flavour of our traditional and home made cakes ( the voters were our customers – the readers of Gazeta Wyborcza). It confirmed to ourselves our conviction that passing traditional technology from one generation to another guarantees the unusual flavour of our products and gains recognition in our customers’ eyes.
